The 3D printing industry continues to grow, with an expected compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 18.52% from 2025 to 2034. As 3D printing grows, so does waste primarily from failed prints and leftover filament. ReFil™ is driven by a clear mission: empowering makers to take control of their waste and transform it into high-quality, reliable filament. Our unique R03TM system combines high-precision diameter sensing 2.15% tolerance from the target diameter with real-time closed-loop feedback, delivering unmatched consistency and traceability at a hobbyist-friendly price point. R03TM ensures tight diameter tolerance and full traceability which is key to producing filament that's not just reusable, but reliable. What sets us apart is our commitment to adaptability, leveraging users' existing extruder setups to create a streamlined, cost-effective upgrade with a wide variety of DIY and commercial extruders.
